Tom joined SCAPE in December 2017 after working in Local Government for 18 years. During this time, he has gained valuable experience across a variety of diverse services such as Housing, Planning, Finance including auditing of key systems, compliance, investigations and advice. Tom is confident in delivering good quality and focused audits for clients.
Tom believes in SCAPE’s ethos of collaborative working and sees this as key to applying good practice across partners and to facilitate closer working relationships. Tom’s role is to manage audits of the SCAPE frameworks with the delivery partners and audits within the SCAPE.
