Helen is responsible for the leadership and development of Scape Group’s marketing and communications strategy, including positioning, branding and reputation management.
Helen oversees the execution of the marketing strategy, providing day-to-day guidance and leadership to the marketing team and she is also responsible for assessing and optimising the performance of all internal and external marketing activities. Helen is passionate about improving customer experience, through proactive engagement activities and harnessing valuable insights from our customers to inform business decisions.
She is an experienced multi-channel marketing professional with an aptitude for building strong relationships and enabling business objectives to be successfully achieved. Helen has a wide range and depth of marketing experience, having worked with many clients in both the private and public sectors.
