Arc Partnership - General Building framework

Arc Partnership - General Building

Arc Property Services Partnership Limited (trading as Arc Partnership) is a joint venture developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and Scape Group. We’re contracted to deliver programme management and maintenance services for Nottinghamshire County Council until 2026.

Focused on end-user outcomes, value for money and excellent customer service, we create places that everyone in the community can be proud of.

We are pleased to announce that we have submitted a Prior Information Notice to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) with the intent to procure a General Building framework as part of Arc Partnership Construction Services.

General Building framework

Last year we procured our Mechanical and Electrical Engineering frameworks, which support our property team to deliver programmes of work valued at £5m-£6m (pa). We are now looking to procure contractors for the next generation of the General Building framework.

The framework is valued at £8m over a four-year period, with an estimated 200 projects. We will appoint two contractors who will undertake mini-competitions for individual projects.

The projects will include the following key trades:

  • Groundworks
  • Foundations
  • Brick and block work
  • Joinery
  • Roofing
  • Painting and decorating
  • Flooring
  • Windows and doors
  • Suspended ceilings
  • External works (tarmac and road surfacing, fencing, paths and walls)
  • Scaffolding

The Prior Information Notice for the General Building framework has now been issued and is available via Source Nottinghamshire.
