North West

From the vibrant cities of Manchester and Liverpool to the world-famous Lake District, the whole of the North West is looking to the future.

Our construction and consultancy frameworks in the North West are helping public sector clients to efficiently and collaboratively deliver built environment projects that benefit the communities they serve. Together, we’re supporting Universities with estate masterplanning, building police custody suites, and improving highways and infrastructure to support the creation of much-needed affordable homes.

We're building a new headquarters for Merseyside Police and have completed a local HQ for Lancashire Police. In the leisure sector, we’ve completed the award-winning Workington Leisure Centre and begun work on the Sands Leisure Centre in Carlisle. For St Helen's Council, we have recently completed their town centre redevelopment masterplan, procured via our Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework.

In the transport sector, we have recently completed work on Crewe Green Roundabout which has relieved a major pinchpoint on the outskirts of Crewe town centre; similar projects in the area will follow designed to link in with the HS2 project.

With a national reputation for providing exemplary school buildings, we’re also designing, building and expanding modular schools across the region with an innovative solution for modular schools and classrooms.

Scape in the North West continues to build close, trusting relationships with our public sector clients. We continue to deliver relevant and meaningful social value benefits to the communities our public sector clients serve.

Scape is committed to using the services and skills of local SMEs and small businesses to ensure that the local economy in the North West benefits from every Scape project.

Find out what we can do for you.

It’s an exciting time for the North West and I’m proud to represent Scape in the region, bringing our clients real value for money and lasting social value.
