That's why we are proud to be a founding member of the National Social Value Taskforce and have fully adopted the National TOMs (Themes, Outcomes, Measures) in partnership with the Social Value Portal.
So, to further enhance our core performance management approach - which includes the measurement of time, cost and quality, minimum standards of local spend, SME engagement, training and apprenticeships - our Social Value Policy embeds a vastly expanded array of TOMs throughout our organisation.
This policy clearly sets out how social value will be embedded and effectively measured throughout our procurement activities, employee management practices and suite of services.
