Scape Group is a public sector owned built environment specialist with a proven track record in facilitating superior outcomes and local economic growth for our clients.

We are pleased to announce that we have submitted a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) with the intent to procure the Scape National Civil Engineering and Infrastructure framework.

Framework Structure

It is envisaged that the framework will be divided into two lots and will be available to individual organisations, consortia, joint ventures or other similar arrangements. 

It is our intention to appoint a single entity to each lot. The lot structure is as follows:

Lot 1    England, Wales and Northern Ireland 
(Lot Value: £1.6bn)


Lot 2    Scotland  
(Lot Value: £400m)

The upper value of this framework is proposed to be £2bn over a four-year period.

Market Awareness Events

We will be hosting two market awareness events for prospective bidders to learn more about Scape, the framework structure and the bidding process.

The events will be hosted in early December in the following locations:

  • Edinburgh - 4th December 2017
  • London - 8th December 2017
