A brief history
In 1932 JL Kier & Co was formed.
In 1973 JL Kier merged with WC French forming French Kier.
In 1986 Beazer acquired French Kier.
In 1991 Hanson acquired Beazer and in 1992 the Kier management bought out Hanson to form the Kier Group.
In 1996 the Group became a public company.
In 2013 Kier acquired May Gurney.
In June 2015 Kier acquired Mouchel.
