Our East Midland Regional Building office is now based at Watermead Park in Syston, Leicester and has a turnover of £70m per annum of which 12% (8.6m) is generated within Leicestershire. Whilst we have a broad portfolio of projects across all sectors, a significant proportion of our works come from the public sector within which we completed over 79 projects in 2013. We have a growing portfolio of projects in the historical and listed building sector such as remodelling the Grade II listed Carnegie Museum in Melton Mowbray and refurbishing the headstocks at Snibston Discovery Park in Coalville.
Our staff are our strength. Employing over 132 people both based in our office and project teams on site, we have experienced and committed staff – many of whom live in the communities in which we work and have a vested interest in the projects we undertake.
Interserve has a large Supply Chain, which boasts a large number of local SME’s maximising the opportunities for increased local spend. We ensure that we deliver our performance commitments consistently to EMPAii/Scape and the authorities, and drive continuous improvement.
