Scape Group is the only organisation in the United Kingdom to hold the CEEP CSR Label. This award is in recognition of how we integrate social, environmental and economic concerns into our values, culture, decision-making, and of course the support we deliver to the public sector.

CEEP (The European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services) has awarded this accolade to 24 European organisations, derived from 74 submissions. We are hugely proud that our continued focus upon community enrichment and delivering more-for-less has received European accreditation.

Single source partners – with local delivery and national impact
Scape's strategy to achieve the most economically advantageous tenders is to collate significant volumes of works (usually a four year programme) and procure them on both cost and quality. This enables us to select the best single supplier to deliver a service that is competitively priced and of the highest calibre.

We select a single source partner with the very best skillsets and a strong local delivery focus for each framework. Each partner then has the facility to tender each element of the commission through their supply chain, so the optimum local delivery team is selected for your project.
For nearly a decade, we have developed and managed highly successful frameworks; this has encouraged continually reducing costs, ever increasing quality and has shaped an environment of collaboration and innovation; all of which directly supports your need to deliver more for less.

As an efficiency-led organisation, our management team continually monitors partner performance through KPIs to ensure value for money and high levels of local spend and labour deployment are achieved.

Our unique approach means that we can help you find success and facilitate local growth via your capital programmes.

"We know how to give you better solutions"
- Simon Reid, Head of Design

At Scape Design, we believe that environments can be transformed through innovation and intelligent design. As a team, we are hugely proud that we succeed in delivering some of the best learning environments in the United Kingdom.

We do this with an unparalleled sector knowledge and by designing better building solutions that enable us to then get the most out of contractors and doing more for our clients than other practices.

Our competition will pick and choose the buildings they want to show in their portfolio, with little ability to compromise on budgets. We are courageous in our approach - we take on challenges others refuse and have a proven track record of delivering successful results.

We offer far more than architectural solution practices, we have a wealth of experience in efficient construction techniques and methodologies, with particular experience in education and public buildings.

  • We listen, communicate and consult in ways others cannot
  • We have a unique ability to put a different kind of thinking into our work
  • We offer a wide breadth of services compared to our competition

Please feel free to scroll through to some of the solutions we have developed. We are about to go through an exciting evolution. Watch this space!
